my hamster had babies about 3 weeks ago and shes pregnant again will it hurt her or the babies?

Already Tried:
well she had babies before they would be 3 weeks old this sunday but she started eating a couple so i took them out of the cage and raised them myself and the eventually died and now shes pregnant again.
