I see you are using cedar chips...you might want to discontinue the use of these as they can cause upper respitory infections in these little guys. Try using Alpine Pine Shavings and lining the bottom of the cage with papertowels before you put the shavings in. Hamsters will usually urinate in one section of their home....clean that part out daily and add a little fresh to replace. You can change the bedding 1-2 times per week for optimal smell control. Hope this is helpful, but really, no more cedar chips :)
