I have a guinea pig which I got on June 12, 2006. The person that I got her from said she had her for a year. So really I don't know how old she is. She looks like an adult but my question is I notice 2 weeks ago she was being very sleepy but she would eat than go back to her corner and lay there doing nothing. A week after I notice that on her lower back towards her anal area she had fur suck to her skin and her fur was coming off in chunks. Now I've notice she has scabs (like when you fall and scrape your skin and a couple days after you have the had stuff on it like that.) I want to take care of her before deciding to get rid of it. I can't afford taking her to the vet.I am not fiancially good. If you can please help me I'll really appreciate it.
