It's really best to get this pig to a vet asap. When the vet has seen the pig they will let you know treatment.
There is the vitamin C deficiency treatment that you can read about on the second link below however it's important to know the exact cause of this problem.
Often there is a need for an antibiotic to save the pig,not just calcium.You can be risking this pig if you don't. (I understand fully if it is not financially possible).
