Can a Guinea pig have a spell of shacking like they are serious?

I just got a Guinea pig about four days ago. She has been eating and drinking ok but she has spells of shaking like she's going in to shock or something. What do I do?

Already Tried:
calming he down, Feeding her and have her out side in the fresh air.
