Our guinea pig has a pronounced lump on its back ...

Our guinea pig has a pronounced lump on its back and now the guinea pig has chewed a little of it and now it is an open wound, she doesn't seem to be hurting cause she is still playing and eating well and running around. Is there something I could put on the wound?
