have a guinea pig who is not pooping and his food seems to be still in his mouth. Later it seems like there is green stuff in his mouth and on his coat under his mouth

I took him to a vet that takes care of exotic animals and she is keeping him overnight to cut his teeth. Front and back ones. Hope that this is a cure for his problem. Thank you anyway.
