guinea pig health

Can you please help me with my guinea pig? for about 2 days me guinea
pig Dory has been shaking and making weird noises, it kind of sounds
like her heart is beating fast. I don't know what is going on with her and
I dont have the money right now to take her to the vet. Is there
anything I can do at home or give her? Can you please help me? I am getting
really scared.
