The parrotfish and the goldfish will not eat each other nor act aggressively toward each other.

The only problem that there is with this mixture of fish is that parrotfish are tropical fish and goldfish are not. So it's important to monitor in particular the water temperature so that it does not get too hot for the goldfish nor too cold for the parrotfish. I recommend a water temperature of 72f degrees for your set-up.
