I have an inground small pond. It's about 2 1/2 feet deep and about 5 feet long. There are some lilies and other water plants in it. There's also a small pump with a filter in it, which sits on some bricks a few inches below the surface. The pump does not bring new water into the pond and its filter gets clogged a few times a day and I have to clean it out.

I've added about 12 very small goldfish to the pond. How to I care for them?

Optional Information:
Breed: goldfish

Already Tried:
raised the filter to a higher level
