I just bought a new goldfish. My goldfish

I just bought a new goldfish. My goldfish that I already had seems to be bullying the new fish around. He won't leave the new fish alone and keeps pushing him while swimming beside him, forcing him into the sides of the tank. Is this normal?

What kind of filtration are you using with your tank?
