In cases such as these the first place to look is the water parameters.

Has the water been tested for levels of ammonia, nitrites and nitrates and if so what were the results?

Have regular partial water changes been a part of the maintainence routine?

Between christmas and New years my fish got ick from a new fish that I had gotten, could this have something to do with that? I treated the whole tank for 14 day like it said to and I thought I got rid of them, there are no white spots on any of them now!

ACCEPTED Check Mark

Whenever a new fish is added to a fish tank it's always a possiblity that it carries a disease that will infect the other fish but in your case as the bout with Ick was 2 months ago and all has cleared up it's unlikely that the new fish has caused this problem.
