I have a gerbil which is about three years old. As of the last 3 days she has been bloated, breathing heavy, and is somewhat inactive. She eats, but does not drink. what are these symptoms a sign of and is there anything I can do?

Already Tried:
I have tried giving her water by eye dropper. I have also covered her cage to make her more comfortable.
