I have a beautiful black moor and a fancy gold with some platies (excuse misspelling) suddenly I noticed a whiteish cover over the moor's head.... a couple days later I noticed the gold very aggressive towards the moor, the moor began acting strange, sitting on the bridge, hiding behind a plant and then today I actually saw what looked like the gold nipping the moor on the fins. I have separated the two taking the moor out and putting him in a hospital fish bowl. I have treated him using Quick Cure, but he just isn't himself, he swims round the bowl but doesn't eat.   Is he really sick? Fin rot? Ick? Please advise I don't want to loose Inkie he is such a personable little guy.

Reply to Searcher2's Post: White did not look like specks just a soft white, which as of right now is gone from his face, but he does have a couple spots on his fins (which I am not sure are frayed from other goldie "biting" or not)and they have like a blue spotty coloring, there is a couple grainy like spots white on him. He was in a 10 gal tank with one other gold fish and 3 platties, very tiny. Yes the tank is filtered. I do a partial water change weekly, with PH check, etc.   Presently my little guy doesn't look like he is doing really well. He is slowing down tremendously and not breathing softly.
