My oscar has round, indented, white spots on his head. What causes these spots? My oscar is about 10 inches long and about 5 inches wide. I feed him gold fish and frozen shrimp but he tends to starve himself when I feed him anything other than gold fish.

do they look like pits sort of? Are there any on his body yet? Have you checked your water conditions?
