I have a painted turtle, I bought it for my daughter. This is the frist time i have ever cared for a turtle. I clean his tank out once a week and feed him fish and mealworms. I had noticed lately something that looks like lose skin around his eyes, now the poor little guy's eyes are swollen and he cant open them every well. he doesnt have as much energy as he used to also. what sall I do to help my turtle?
