We have 2 Gouldian Finch baby birds that are now 24 days ...

We have 2 Gouldian Finch baby birds that are now 24 days old. They have left the nest. One baby is doing very well, flying and perching - the other is struggling with walking/flying. How can I determine if he is hurt or just "adjusting". Second, the parents don''t seem to feed this bird as much as the other baby. Should we step in and feed or get a Society finch?
