My ferret has a small cirlce-like red soar on her belly with a black-like small dot in the center of the soar. It looks like a small scab in the middle. i am concerned for my other ferret that sleeps with her all the time.

was at the vet last week and had a shot of lupin to prevent hair loss which was thought to be a tumor but he did not find anything yet. Now she developed this soar?? I am concerned for my other ferret. Should I separate them?
