Try cleaning it with a q-tip and warm water, try not to get water in her nose, she might have scraped it, it could be a small scab. Keep it clean and if it grows then take her to the vet, but it might fall off. Just dont let it bleed, small birds can suffer (or die) immediately if they have alot of blood loss, there little bodies cant handle it, so if needs to be removed the vet has a tool that can caterize it with tiny blood loss and have all the proper equipment. So for now, try the first things I said and keep it clean;keep an eye on the size of it and if its their for more than a week, then visit the vet.
