good morning my female cockatiel has been laying eggs

Good morning,
My female cockatiel has been laying eggs ( 5 ) since last week . She just looks at them . Is she suppose to sit on them to make them hatch? are they to be kept warm? I had them in the nesting box but then took them out with tissue & just placed them in the bottom of the cage. they have not been handled. Please help me .
