Change all of the water in his bowl/tank as soon as possible. Make sure same temperature dechlorinated water is used. Add 1 teaspoon of aquarium salt per each 5 gallons of water.
Once the above has been done begin treating the water with a medicine called Maracyn. Follow directions on the product label for proper usage.
