Question

strange illness

Sent to Pet Experts January 07, 2005 5:49 p.m.

today my pug started violently sneezing for about 15 minutes. durring that time she ran upstairs. when i went to find her she was under my bed which was very strange. she was soaking wet all down her chin onto her chest. she was shaking too. then that shaking went away and she had stoped sneezing but i heard loud gerguling noises in her belly and she kept burping. i knew it was uncomfortable because she kept moaning especially when i touched her belly. that was about 1 hour ago, and she is now sleeping calmly and acting a little more like herself. following me around, looking for food...ect. i was just wondering what this could have been from. i do know that my mother used a power air freshener on the family room rug a while before she started sneezing so i was thinking maybe she had an allergic reaction or even licked some up before my mother vacumed. what do you think if this was the case. would she be ok? thanks
