I've had the best luck with a combination product that is a spray not a bomb so I can be sure it hits where I want it to hit.

Any animals on the premises (dogs or cats) could be treated with Frontline also to get rid of the population on the animals.
If you think the fleas may be coming in from the yard area a treatment with Nylar on the ground surface may help.

The ingredients are what are important. Not all sprays are created from the same chemicals.
The one I gave you the link to works well for me. It has pyrethrin adulticide and precor IGR in it.
Bombs might not work if the garage is cluttered at all. And if the source for more fleas is outside or on the animals you have to take care of all the locations to resolve the problem.
In some areas fleas are resistant to poisons too. But usually tackling this on every front including on the animals, indoors and outdoors works.
