My 4 year old Border Collie hasn't eaten in going ...

My 4 year old Border Collie hasn't eaten in going on 2 days, she has vomitted at least 4 time in that time span. The vomit is yellow and has been a decent amout. I've wittnessed 1 bowel movement and it was very small and the same color as her vomit. she is current on all of her shots and hasn't been exposed to any new animals in the past 2 weeks. Please help.
