Help!

I have a 4 month old cat that was taken from her mom at just a few weeks.I bottle fed her,weaned and everything was fine.
Now for some reason it's like she's depressed and always want to suck on my clothes and bed.She won't play,she does eat and has bowel movements,just not herself..help
