Please help Rosie

I have a friend that owns an American Pitbull, Rosie, she is 2 years old. Recently Rosie’s owner has learned that Rosie needs double hip replacement, but she can’t afford the 3 to 4 grand sergury. We live in Lafayette Indiana and really need some type of help to save Rosie or she will have to be put down. I don’t know what to do or who to ask, please help us.
