can lop eared rabbits have strokes?

my rabbit all of sudden tilts his head heavily to the right and the side of his mouth seems to now go upward making it look lop sided. Then when we put him down to hop around he falls to the right at first, then seems to be ok but his head stays the same. He eats and seems ok, but it is clear something is wrong, do you know what it could be?
