i just bought a 1 year old clydsedale hor

i just bought a 1 year old clydsedale horse, he has warts on is muzzel and lips, they are very bad, What should i do? i have not brougt him home yet, will my other 7 horses get it? and is there any thing i can do to help get rid of them? every one said he will rub them off, and they will bleed but all the info on the net said nothing about horses doing that. thanks ronda
