I am with an animal shelter. We have difficulty telling the age of our puppies. Is there a pictorial resource for determining their age by their teeth?

Is there pictorial help available? If so, what reference might I find. In way of explanation of the importance of this, we can send puppies that are between 8 and 11-1/2 weeks old to Northshore Animal League, so aging is important.

You can clearly see the permanent teeth pushing the baby teeth forward and eventually out. This is a sign of puppyhood.

Maybe we can keep in touch and I can keep checking and ask the doc some of the archives he uses and if he has any suggestions on where to find some really good ones.
I hope I was able to help you. Good luck! Take care!
